Processing Afghan visas for foreigners

Providing document attestation & legalization

Handling birth, marriage, and death registrations

Offering emergency legal and travel assistance

Supporting refugees and Afghan nationals in need

The Consulate of Afghanistan in Mary serves Afghan nationals residing throughout the Mary and Lebap regions of Turkmenistan.

The Afghan Consulate General in Mary provides consular support and citizen services for Afghan nationals residing in Turkmenistan, particularly in Mary Region and surrounding areas. Services are provided in coordination with Afghanistan’s Embassy in Ashgabat and relevant official channels.
